What are next steps once I place the order?
When you place the order, we’ll reach out to you within 1 business day with either to go over the order and/or send you an onboarding info link.
- We use onboarding link to get your details we need to get started.
- Once onboarding form has been completed, we’ll schedule an onboarding meeting with our team.
- During the onboarding, we make sure you have access to the client folder (gdrive) & discuss design, colors & logos for your new website.
- Once all content has been uploaded, we get to work.
- Your new website is ready for approval
- We go LIVE! (DNS update required from domain)

How long does it take to build my new website?
All depends on you! If you have all the contents ready to go including logos, we can typically get your website up & running in 3~6 weeks, often earlier. But it’s also not uncommon for some websites to take 3~6 months while waiting for details we need to finish the project.
To help eliminate the delay, we do offer optional content help where we create all the content for you to make this process easier & faster!
