What’s included in the price?

All of our Small Business Website design packages include standard features you’d expect & want.  This includes setting up a staging site during the build-up, security setup, structure & design of the site through selection & editing of the theme features.  Any limitation of the theme editing would be shared & discuss solutions together.  The only thing you need to prepare is content (including images & video via youtube) & ideas.  We’ll do the rest!

What about google submission, analytics, and Adwords?

Google analytic & webmaster connection is part of each affordable website design package.  You’ll get access to your own website analytics, and we can help you set up Adwords.  WordPress makes SEO configuration much easier than it used to be, allowing us to provide more affordable website design packages for businesses.

Do you offer an ongoing maintenance contract?

Our All-in-One hosting package includes minor updates to make it even easier for you to run your business without the distraction of doing website updates.  Or if you choose to, we will show you how to make simple updates so you don’t have to pay for small updates!  And when you want to add new features or want to make a major update, we would be happy to offer a discounted rate for any major updates!

What’s your payment term?

We can offer 50% deposit + 15m auto payment.  However, if you choose to pay everything up front today, we’ll give you a 10% discount!

Why should I host my site with you?

Our hosting is NOT just hosting.  We are a managed hosting service.  The biggest difference is security management.  When you host with us, we will take care of all your security settings and it’ll be professionally monitored for any issues.  You’ll also get a periodic report for any security issues or bugs as part of this necessary service.  In fact, we shy away from doing designs sites hosted on the low-end server due to the fact that it will impact the performance of the site as it gets busy and grow. (minimum requirement: WordPress dedicated hosting)  Our hosting also includes automatic backup in Cloud so your data/site is safe no matter what happens!  With our managed hosting priced so low, there’s no reason for you to not go with us!

What about security updates & bugs & etc.?

When you host your Small Business Website with us, we will take care of all security updates, bugs & any non-user-created issues including compatibility issues so you don’t have to worry!  We want you to worry about content & running your business.  Not updating your website & updating the newest security patches every week.  🙂

While we have many remote locations where team members are physically located, we don’t always operate office. (They work remotely!)
